Certificates of proficiency were awarded to these candidates and others from previous tests, on August 23 at our awards banquet. We have used state of the art technology to design and print these 11" X 17" full color diplomas. They have been hand lettered by a professional calligrapher. Charles Earle and the board members of NAUKA designed the new diplomas in memory of the late Master Kanei Uechi.
